We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we want it back! We will gladly accept tees in original condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, within 365 days from the original order date.
Exchanges
Visit Mac's Tees and buy what you want. Your credit card, PayPal, or Google Checkout account will be charged and your order processed like a standard order.
Circle the item(s) you are returning using the included invoice and fill out the "reason for return" section below.
Place your item(s) in the enclosed pre-labeled shipping bag along with the invoice. Don't worry about the shipping charges, it's on us!
Drop the package off with UPS. They'll handle it from there!
Returns
Follow steps 2-4 from above. A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges.
+ Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original price paid once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the day you return the item(s) for your account to be credited.
+ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
+ Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
+ We cannot accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
+ Mac's Tees reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy and guidelines. In other words, please don't wear or wash the t-shirts and then return them.
+ Note: If you return a shirt and that return makes your total dollar amount spent an amount less than the promo code offer, we will just split the promo code discount originally applied.
+ One last thing: We believe in taking care of our customers. Most businesses give potential customers these great promotions and discounts and then suddenly forget about them once they`ve made a purchase. We, on the other hand, save our promotions and discounts for our existing customers. So, if you are a customer and suddenly receive a promo code, hey, we just like you! That being said, you can`t use a promo code for a previous purchase. Cool?
