We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept tees in original condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, within 365 days from the original order date.

EXCHANGES
  1. Visit Alta Moda and buy what you want, your credit card, or Paypal account will be charged and your order processed like a standard order.
  2. Circle the item(s) you are returning using this invoice and fill out the "reason for return" section below.
  3. Place your item(s) in the enclosed pre-labeled shipping bag along with the invoice. Don't worry about shipping charges, it's on us!
  4. Drop the package off with UPS. They'll handle it from there!
RETURN POLICY
  1. Follow steps 2-4 from above. A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges.

+ Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original price paid once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the day you return the item(s) for your account to be credited.

+ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

+ We cannot accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

+ We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy and guidelines. 

+ Note: If you return a shirt and that return makes your total dollar amount spent an amount less than the promo code offer, we will just split the promo code discount originally applied.
